The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.
The required LOTO audit is past due! Until the procedures are audited and documentation of this audit is on file, Jasper Rubber is in violation of OSHA 1910.147. Additionally, do not use these procedures for LOTO purposes until this audit and documentation is on file. Following this procedure without the proper procedure audit could cause serious injury or death.
