LOTO Procedure Audit Information

This Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedure was developed by The McGarrh Group. OSHA requires annual inspections and audits of LOTO procedures to verify continued accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance. Additionally, users are required to verify effectiveness of LOTO prior to conducting work.
